QC/Technical Support
At present, we have more than 99 qualified QC staff. The QC is based on our ISO 9001:2000 registered Program. All QC procedures are integrally tied to this program.
The QC starts at incoming material inspection, and continues through to finished goods/shipping of the product.

We currently achieve a "100 PPM defect rate". KUANTECH is truly targeted to "Zero Defect Quality".

In addition to the normal incoming QC and standard production line QC, we add a Temperature Rise Testing to further ensure the final quality, and to eliminate infant mortality due to potential marginal parts.

Insulation testers: To insure integrity of products after transformer winding.

Elevated Temperature Testing to insure reliability:

• Temperature test chambers
• Temperature recording instruments
• Yokogawa testers and test data recording
